How can I register for the BIIC Online service ?
This service is accessible to all BIIC business customers. To subscribe, you must sign a subscription contract with your account manager. Once your subscription has been completed, your digipass will be given to you.
One of the users is no longer part of the company, what should I do ?

What are the fees associated with using the BIIC Online for Business service ?
- Fees may vary depending on the services used. The subscription is free, transfers from BIIC to BIIC too. For other types of transactions, see our current terms and conditions or contact your account manager for more information.
Is the BIIC Online service secure ?
Yes, BIIC Online uses advanced security protocols including SSL encryption, two-factor authentication and robust firewalls to protect your information and transactions. Two-factor authentication ensures security and confidentiality of your data and banking transactions thanks to digipass, a tool that generates OTP/MDP (one time passwords) i.e. unique algorithms (unknown to fraudsters). These passwords (series of 6 digits) can be used only once. Validity period of OTP/MDP: 60 seconds.
Given that access is via the internet, is there no risk of fraudulent transactions.
All transactions carried out via BIIC ONLINE are subject to signature. For security measures, the company must define internally the different power levels of each user. BIIC Online fully adapts to the company's signature matrix.
Can I access BIIC Online for Business from my smartphone or tablet ?
As an Enterprise solution, you benefit from a complete and more secure experience on a computer. BIIC Online can also be accessed via the internet on a smartphone or tablet.
How do I log in to BIIC Online for Business ?
Simply enter www.biiconline.com in an Internet browser and click on the connect button to display on the panel dedicated to Businesses.
What settings are needed to access BIIC Online ?
To use BIIC Online, you need :
- A subscriber code (6-digit identifier) which was sent to you by email following activation of your subscription.
- An authentication device: a digipass given to you by your advisor.
What to do if the authentication device is blocked

What to do if you lose the subscriber code or authentication device ?
If you have forgotten your subscriber code or lost your authentication device (digipass), you can contact your account manager who will send you your subscriber code or reassign you another authentication device (digipass) after blocking the last one. .

In the event that you receive a suspicious email inviting you to connect to the bank's website, either to update your data, or for "a security alert" inviting you to change your authentication device, you must respect the following safety conditions
